1. Open the top-up pouch and pour the contents into the resealable bag where you have placed the leggings you have already laundered after the previous use.
2. Allow the leggings to absorb the top-up liquid for 15 minutes.
3. Wear the nylon leggings and the protective pants in order to move more freely at home and allow the treatment to take effect for at least 40 minutes.
4. Remove the leggings and massage the legs for a few minutes to allow it to absorb better.
5. Rinse the protective pants and leggings (these can also be machine washed at a maximum of 30 degrees).
6. Place the leggings back in the resealable bag to soak with the top-up.
